Do you prefer colorful mind maps, or simple monochromatic ones? Your notes don't need to look perfect!
Location, Location, Location Find your preferred location (at home, library, coffee shop) and time of day. I would advise you not to study in your bed, your brain will then associate your bed with studying, not good for when you're actually trying to sleep!
Make sure you have everything you need with you for effective studying, a laptop or tablet, books, notes, highlighters, pens, pencils, erasers, etc.
Studying with Groups Study groups can be really helpful, usually someone knows something you don't, and vice versa! Make sure you're actually studying and not spending time socializing.
Long Study Sessions If you're in for a long study session, take breaks every hour and have healthy snacks. Don't pull all-nighters, it's not good for your brain. You'll end up negating all the studying you did! MORE STUDYING TIPS & TRICKS
